Our Outreach Case Manager visits local homeless campsites to assess needs and to link homeless adults with mainstream services and housing & shelter options. Essential supplies, such as propane, tents, sleeping bags, bus passes, and much more.
We operate a temporary hypothermia shelter in partnership with Prince William County Department of Social Services for homeless adults. The shelter is open 6PM to 8AM from Nov 1 to Mar 31.
