Supportive Housing Program

Housing is a basic need that plays an important role in an individual’s well being, health, safety, and quality of life.  StreetLight currently provides Permanent Supportive Housing for 25 individuals who are either disabled, medically fragile or considered “chronically homeless.”   Implementing the “Housing First” approach, StreetLight provides scattered site group housing of the same sex.  Each individual receives his/her own bedroom and shares common living areas such as the kitchen, and living room.  All houses provide a safe and nurturing environment which promote optimum lifestyles and individual success.
